EVH Consult ecosystem

This notice explains the website analytics and cookie configuration used across evhconsult.eu, ai.evhconsult.eu, ada.evhconsult.eu and erwin.evhconsult.eu.

Controller

The four sites are operated by EVH Consult, based in Overijse, Belgium. EVH Consult acts as the controller for the website analytics described below. Privacy questions can be sent through the EVH Consult contact form.

Google Analytics is optional

EVH Consult uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you explicitly accept analytics. Analytics is non-essential: refusing it has no effect on access to the sites or their public functionality.

Before consent, the sites keep analytics storage denied and do not load the Google Analytics tag or send Analytics requests to Google. Advertising-related consent states remain denied.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and the sites remove EVH-controlled GA first-party cookies where technically possible.

Why analytics is used

Analytics is used for a limited measurement purpose:

  • understanding aggregate website and content usage;
  • evaluating regional and campaign effectiveness, including approximate region/city reporting where available;
  • measuring successful contact-request submissions without sending contact-form contents to GA.

EVH Consult does not use this GA4 implementation for advertising personalisation, remarketing or building profiles of known visitors. Google Signals and User-ID are not used.

Data received by Google Analytics after consent

Depending on the visit and browser, GA4 may receive pseudonymous browser/session identifiers, page hostname and path, page/referral and campaign information, approximate geography including region/city where available, and device/browser information.

EVH Consult does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, contact-form field values, CRM identifiers, hashed personal identifiers or other first-party identifiers that identify a contact/person.

Geographic reporting is used directionally for market and campaign analysis. It is not treated as precise physical-location evidence about an individual visitor.

Cookies

CookiePurposeRetention
evh_analytics_consentStrictly functional cookie remembering whether analytics was accepted or refused across the EVH Consult subdomains.Up to 180 days, then a new choice is requested.
_gaGA4 first-party pseudonymous browser identifier, created only after analytics consent.Configured for no more than 13 months from first creation.
_ga_QJKQTTXSF3GA4 first-party state for the EVH Consult measurement stream, created only after analytics consent.Configured for no more than 13 months from first creation.

The consent-preference cookie is scoped to .evhconsult.eu so the same choice can apply across the four sites. It does not contain analytics data.

Analytics provider and international processing

Google Analytics is provided in the European context by Google Ireland Limited / Google. Processing may involve international transfers under Google's applicable data-processing terms and safeguards. EVH Consult does not enable optional Google-product data sharing for this measurement setup.

Retention

GA4 event- and user-level data is configured for 14 months, with reset-on-new-activity disabled. GA first-party cookies are configured separately for a maximum of 13 months from first creation.

Your choice

The first analytics choice offers equally available options to accept or refuse. No analytics option is preselected. If you do nothing, Google Analytics remains blocked.

Use to review or change the stored choice.

Other website processing

Operational hosting and security logs may be produced by the hosting platform independently of GA4. Where a site provides a contact form, the information submitted through that form is used to process and respond to the enquiry; it is not sent to Google Analytics as form content.

Changes to this notice

This notice describes the analytics architecture approved for the EVH Consult ecosystem on 26 August 2026. Material changes to the analytics purpose, pre-consent behaviour, advertising use, retention or identity handling require a new architecture/privacy decision rather than a silent change to this notice.
